Who is Leadfillr for?
Service businesses and sales teams. One business per city, in every industry.

What counts as a lead?
In roofing, a lead is a homeowner who:
- asked for a roof quote on a Leadfillr quote page, in your city
- confirmed their phone with a text code
- owns the property
- wants the work done within 3 months
- agreed that you, by name, will contact them
A lead who isn’t the owner, or says they don’t want the work within 3 months, is replaced free.
Which roofing jobs are included?
- Full roof replacements.
- Repairs and leaks, only if you want them. If you only want replacements, you never get or pay for repair leads.
- Chimney and skylight flashing count as repairs.
Not included: flat roofs, commercial roofs, gutters, soffit and fascia.
Which cities?
Anywhere in Ontario: Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Barrie, Oshawa, Windsor, Ottawa, Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton and more.
One roofer per city. There’s no roofing client yet. Once a city is claimed, it’s closed to other roofers.
How do leads reach you?
Someone asks for a quote and confirms their phone with a text code. Their details come straight to you.
For a roofing lead:
- Name, phone, address, job type, roof age, timeline, and email if they gave one.
- It arrives by text and email the moment they confirm.
- The homeowner also gets a text telling them who will call: you.
What if a lead is bad?
A lead is replaced free within 48 hours when it’s:
- a wrong or disconnected number
- outside your area
- a duplicate of one you got in the last 30 days
- the wrong service
In roofing, a lead who isn’t the owner, or says they don’t want the work within 3 months, is also replaced free.
Not replaced: no answer, a price shopper, they hired someone else, or you lost the bid.
The one condition: you try to reach the lead within 24 hours.
Each claim is checked against text logs, consent records and call recordings.
What does it cost?
Pay per lead, no retainer. Email for the price.
Is there a contract?
No contract, no cancellation fee.
Where do the leads come from?
Leadfillr launches a quote page and ads for your service, in your city. Every lead asked for a quote on that page.
Not a list you have to cold call. Every lead in your city goes to one business: you.
