What the request form collects, and how Leadfillr uses it.
What the request form collects
The request form collects your name, company, industry, city, email, phone, and your website if you add it. It also records the time you submit, the page you sent it from, your IP address, your browser, and the version of the consent wording shown to you.
Leadfillr also keeps its own notes on the request, and a record of whether its confirmation email and text were delivered.
How it’s used
Leadfillr uses these details to reply to your request, and for follow-up about it by email, phone or text. The time, IP address and browser are kept as a record of the request and to block spam.
They are not sold. They are shared only with the services Leadfillr uses to host and store the request, to deliver email and texts, and to alert Leadfillr that a request came in. Some of these services are in the United States, so your details may be stored or processed there and are subject to United States law.
How to stop contact
Reply STOP to a text to opt out. You can also email contact@leadfillr.com at any time.
How long it’s kept
Leadfillr keeps request details for up to 12 months, then deletes them. To have them deleted sooner, email contact@leadfillr.com. If you ask Leadfillr to stop contacting you, it keeps only what it needs to make sure it doesn’t.
Seeing or correcting your details
To see or correct the details Leadfillr holds about you, or to raise a privacy concern, email contact@leadfillr.com. The person running Leadfillr is responsible for privacy. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
What else this site keeps
This site uses no analytics, trackers or cookies.
Separately from the request form, this site keeps the city you type into the city field above, in your browser’s session storage, so the request form can fill it in. It never leaves your browser, and it’s cleared when you close the tab.
